With continued population growth and industry, LTRs are great for the long play but can be difficult to cash flow.   

This is a difficult thing to do in today's market. 

If STRs prove difficult, platforms like **Furnished Finder** or mid-term rentals might be better options for steady income.

There is so much info out there that's it's overwhelming and difficult to grasp everything.

It's difficult to secure a real estate loan if if you a lack of credit history.

They will not shop you and they understand how difficult it can be to finance a property.

This is why it might make it more difficult to qualify for another duplex house hack in the same town.  

@Susie Lowe it is difficult to find real opportunities unless you have boots on the ground or a close relationship with a commercial broker or wholesaler.

Cashflow is difficult in a lot of asset types and markets, but going just for cashflow may not make sense either due to comparable vehicles where you can earn similar returns for much less work.

Obviously, in the current market, I understand that cash flow can be very difficult.
