Prices have been depressed for a while for cattle, wheat, hay, soy beans, and sugar beets....which has had a negative effect.Overall it's not as bleak as I'm painting it to be, I just want to be real.

Seems like a pretty good purchase.The lesson is that if you do not have to sell when the market is depressed, the San Diego RE investment is likely to look like a pretty good investment.Seems like if you are not over leveraged, the risk seems to be fairly low.BTW FHA will limit some value add opportunities.
