I'm debating whether I should stay.Combined, the new management company will have 1000 units.

I'm now debating if investing remote now or waiting for market correction and buying at reduced price.

In the book, it discusses starting out establishing a corporation for yourself, as a corporation is nothing more than a file in a desk, but the benefits and tax savings can be massive.I have heard a lot of debate between deciding between an LLC vs simply insurance, but are there really benefits to starting a corporation for yourself, or is this part of the book a bit dated?

I am debating for how much I have to raise it.

Knock on wood this doesn't apply to me yet, but I'm just curious if anyone else has looked into it yet because I'm debating what my plan should be when I ask my tenants about their work situations.
