Nothing special, just a durable white color that won't get scuffed up with high traffic/renters.2) Handyman - someone who can fix a few small things eg: closet door, sealing tiles, grouting, etc. 3) Property manager - I live too far away so won't be able to head to Seattle to manage the property, finding a tenant, etc.

And if they aren’t scamming then they are level 13 psychos that will ask you to bend over backwards for them and then give you a bad review because they don’t like the shade of paint color in the guest bathroom.

I never used the license, but it showed up as a credential on my resume and served as a career parachute just in case.One of the best career books of all time is What Color is Your Parachute by Richard Bolles (I first read the book back in 1978).
