I am trying to understand why they would not let you just use the same addresses once purchased to mail again...I believe Melissa Data does not work like List Source, they let you use the list as many time as you would like.I am evaluating these two to decide which one will work better, or which would be more convenient.

I have a property mgr for 10% and have to date not had a vacancy.However, being in commercial real estate, I know there is always that gamble.
