I asked them if there is an option to consolidate my accounts into 1 place, and they said that it's not an option (pretty ridiculous in 2022), Trying to see if there is a solution to that or if other vendors do that (Google?)

@Bill Brandt The other big variable is the swings in the consolidation and un-consolidation of households, which is tough to get good stats on but it's likely one of the largest variables that swings prices and rents.
