Apparently the aluminum siding was considerably thicker and more damage resistant and the coating that provided the color and graining to the panels was more costly and had a longer lifespan.The FTC lost that case.

We did no paint or repairs to the property before the tenants came in, but we told them if they wanted to paint, we would pay for the paint and they can choose the color.

Also in this neighborhood the historic planning people have building codes like paint colors and window choices you must follow.

For me the tile is only ugly because of the paint color and wall paper they've put in the property.

The 10 day wait is a period for filing a motion relating to a defective foreclosure proceeding only.  

I would consider an alternate shutter color to make it pop and possibly a more visually appealing front door. 

I used Valspar concrete/stone stain and color for the fireplace.  

I am moving back to reality, where homes are 250k-350k for your average blue collar home vs 850-1.2 million for Surrey Blue color homes.

These funds are also primarily thinking about IRR versus design features, color palettes, etc.
