Hi fellow members, I recently went under contract for S900,00 on a commercial diamond in the rough in Houston. a land plot with: 2 winged church with 22 Rooms, 4 Restroom, Kitchen Space with attached 3 Bedroom x 3 bath apartment space with kitchen laundry room space with appliances.Purchase of the church building includes:LAND (SIZE): 2.76 Acres (2 Acres Undeveloped)HOUSE: (2,000sq ft) 3 BED X 2 BATHGYM/EVENT HALL:(7,000 sq ft) 10 rooms, 2 restrooms, and front patio space.I plan to convert this church plot and buildings into a multi-unit media production studio complex and creative incubator compound, seizing the rising creative market.

@Lionel Church  you can just register an LLC as a Property management and just use that to manage your property.

Each building is catered toward more contractor based companies and current tenants include a roofing company, church supplies, lighting wholesale, contacting/maintenance and a few more.

Maybe create a business card with details listed and hand them out at work, church, grocery store, kid's basketball game, etc.

I'm curious about Union hill, Church Hill North, Fan District, Museum District.

We volunteer with Safe Families of Greater Milwaukee which is a group of churches helping families in crisis by taking in kids while parents get stabilized and offering prayer, guidance and support to get them back on their feet (mostly single moms) and we also volunteer teaching financial literacy to teenagers through SecureFutures.

We've driven back and forth there for over a year to attend church and events 2-3 times weekly.
