I used to really like Tom Clancy until I discovered Patrick O'Brian, but he lost some luster for me when it came out he abandoned his wife and young children one of whom was disabled.   

She works at a children's clothing store.

That we wanted to create a home for another young family so they can raise their children and make their own memories just like they had with their mother.

I do not believe the home being in the Marysville school district would deter renters and there are plenty of renters out there with no children to rent to as well.  

I am now full time retired but still work, and I live in the south of France with my wife and three young children.

We have thought about live in flips but that will be somewhat hard since we have 3 small children.

However, it will be difficult to attract families with school aged children because of the schools situation.Anyway location matters more than price.  

A family of six hoping to rent a two bedroom apt, a mentally challenged woman with two small children trying to escape an abusive husband, and a young couple, maybe nineteen or twenty, who were looking for a place they could share with his parents who'd just had their trailer repossessed are some of the people who applied for my most recent vacancy.  

It is an empty house left in a Trust for the last 6mo or so by folks who died and left to their children.

I want to know how you would go about getting something like this under contract (also didn't find the names of her children, I know they would probably inherit the home under Florida's laws.
