I can see that being a welcome alternative for some people who don't want to fill out the long form, and you still get the lead capture.

THEN, instead of trying to capture that 5-10%, increase rent 10%.

This is the area I like to capture.

When your told to get things in writing make sure you know what all to capture. 

If all this is well, (no pun intended :0) ) a water filter coming in from the well to the house would be helpful to capture some of the iron or other minerals before they enter your house plumbing system.Hope it works out good!

If you are just looking for a landing page type site that captures leads (which it sounds like what you are going for), you could accomplish this in Squarespace in a couple hours and have it look really nice.There are two ways to look at it.
