QGIS https://qgis.org/en/site/ or Jupyter Notebooks will let you run SQL queries right from the map interface from the tables, and load it into the map too, as well as export the map searches to .csv.

If I click onto Image, it brings up the letters [img] but doesn't have anything to click onto to browse and upload the image, so how does image get uploaded?

You can spend time browsing the internet looking for deals on these sites or just have an agent send them to you automatically.
