--> rex business model and/or Roofstock model, doesn't follow MLS route.Both REX and Roofstock model doesn't have buyer agent structure, but behind the screen, lot of REX listing as far as I know, is not introduced by the buyer agent to the buyer because it's not part of the ecosystem and they dont receive commision.
