It is nice though to find out from a real estate billionaire that I made the right call.

Why  well Dad is Japanese was a Billionaire got hammered int the Japanese melt down of mid 90s' and instructed the family and family trust that if you pay cash U can't lose your properties.. so thats what they have done all these years.. and you really can't argue with that if you have the cash and don't care about leverage.. thats the long term safe play.

I am far more concerned with finding my next deal, than if some billionaire thinks in the next 2 years something bad is going to happen.     

I know 2 billionaires and another friend is worth about half a billion,,,none of them have a car worth anything close to a lambo,,in fact the friend that is worth about $5oo Million drives about a 12 year old Infinity most of the time,,of course his other method of transportation is his turbo prop

Bitcoin, gold, oil & gas, the stock market...However they are ALL far more risky than apartments in my opinion. 

Investing in stocks just make no sense to me, at all......Bitcoin on the other hand LOL!!!
