Every year realtor.com releases a Top Housing Markets report based on anticipated sales growth (inventory) and price growth (appreciation).

They are all disparaging the course based on superficial knowledge and assumptions. 

Tried to search specifically for this but wasn't having any luck though I think I've ready it in here before.  

Some will leave the state, but many will be in search of housing in state that does not exist.  

After 20+ years, I hear from so many who are more motivated by fear than optimism and make decisions based on not losing rather than a high probability of winning. 

The revenue was based from AirDNA and also finding comps.

I found this one on realtor.com by doing a search that only showed me properties with asking prices no higher than $150k

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

Spending on expensive upgrades is not the answer to improve your tenant base in this type of area.Keep the homes habitable, clean, and safe. 

I am very committed to investing in a multi family building this coming year.I also feel the need for a mastermind group and will be doing a google search for one around me for multi long/ mid and short term investing.Cheers, just wanted to put an update on here!
