Soon after that text is the following: This bill would, with certain exceptions, prohibit a lessor of residential property from terminating the lease without just cause, as defined, stated in the written notice to terminate.The remedy to the tenant for a no-fault eviction would require the landlord to pay 2-3 months of rent back to the tenant.My question is this: If I have a month-to-month tenant, and I give him/her the proper notice of the termination of the contract, is that considered a no-fault eviction?

@Daniel D.It’s pretty much the only way of getting business credit , you won’t get it without a LLC & EIN.Its based on personal credit but is a second line of credit, hidden from your FICO , it’s fairly straightforward and can find you $50 to $100k useable funds within a couple of yearsIf you plan to be in real estate for ever, then it’s a no brainer to start building business credit

No industry accepted rule, mine earn around 3x the long term rate so it’s really a no brainer to do them as a str. if the rate of return on a long term vs short term isn’t much difference percentage wise then i’d definitely just do LTR.
