We have no affiliation with PetScreening.com, but we do use their services and are generally very happy with the process.For pets, they collect photographs of the pet, as well as information on vaccination records and behavioral/bite history.For service animals, they verify the prescription with the healthcare provider.If nothing else, we can genuinely state (and document) that all applicants/tenants with pets, service animals, and/or emotional support animals are screened the same way and treated exactly the same based on a standardized set of industry-accepted criteria.

Another rehabber on the coast gave me a list to check out, as some of the other branch offices of some of this list are very investor friendly - which for us who are wholesaling means they will work with assignments and double closes if required without hassle.I have not vetted this list, but our contact in Olympia did a ton of research to find these TC's, so check them out if  you want to -Old Republic National Title (or any affiliate of)Fidelity National TitleStewart Title and EscrowGood luck!

For background checks I use www.myrental.com (i am NOT affiliated in any way with either of these websites) and I use www.tenanttech.com for my forms/leases/etc 

They may not be "do follow" links but they still help your website get indexed and affiliated with what you do. 

For that if you have less than 5 projects going on at the same time then you can manage it using good old MS Project and telephone, and if you're doing more projects than that then you should really look into having a professional PM and something like Buildertrend (not affiliated) to tie it all together and even integrate into your quickbooks so that you to have your whole remote team on the same page.
