I purchased a property at Luzerne County PA upset sale and I know I'm responsible for liens/mortgages ect. 

From PA, my biggest challenge is using the 1% in these areas of Monmouth county.

Tax lien/deed laws are different in every state, and sometimes each county. 

In practicality it attached to all real estate owned in that county, but the plantiff can refile the judgement in multiple counties where the defendant owns real estate. 

Urbana has one of the only Level 1 trauma center hospitals in the state located outside of metro Chicago, the university is a source of furnished housing, and Champaign county is one of only a few counties in IL with a growing population. 

Typically where the builder goes into a smaller town or area build a small phase and then moves out to another county or town leaving not many new builds in that area to offer new future construction home sales.

Never heard of prints being required.Cook County (Chicago) requires it too.

I'm based in Bucks County, PA, but I frequently visit Ocean County, NJ, and Southwest Florida.

I am in a similar situation in Los Angeles County.
