I view my primary as my long-term home, 3 young kids with a good school system, so this is where we are settled.

The key is buying properties significantly below market value, keeping costs low through self-management and maintenance skills, and taking a long-term view to build wealth through forced appreciation and equity capture over time.

Then I started working with a realtor to view properties and made offers.

I have a few that I utilize alongside Google Map Street View when I am really digging in, but I find I have to bounce around for resource to resource to get the full picture.

Sometimes people disagree with my point of view but rarely with the facts I bring up.

.- Mountain views- Onsite fishing/waterfront- Game room/arcade- Wood burning fireplace- Access to pool/swimming- Hot tub- Outdoor firepitIf you have a great mountain view or are waterfront, you are definitely starting out on 2nd base.  

I feel that the 2BR/2BA covers the most bases from a booking perspective and I would echo @Mitch Davidson with making sure you are standing out from the crowd with your location, view, design, furnishing and amenities.
