It may very well come up in the next few years, but it seems like a gamble at the moment.  

Investing in Real Estate is always a gamble and it's best to limit your risk by renting where you live instead of taking on too much risk too soon.

You could easily lose $50-$100k GAMBLING on a future price drop.

It really depends on how the local banks look at your transaction; in some countries (mostly the developed Real estate markets, such as the UK for example) they will look mainly at the property value, property income generated & potential income etc.

I do find the blockchain technology extremely useful for some applications and has benefits but "investing" in virtual real estate is more like gambling if you ask me.

It feels a little bit like a gamble. 

If you want to buy an apartment complex with one formula to start though, you might as well be gambling… and flying to Vegas is a lot easier than buying real estate.#7A mastery of numbers is useless without an ability to communicate findings.

Its a gamble, but I think rates will moderate so when you transfer them to the LLC you might be able to get better rates on the commercial loans when you refinance during the Title transfer.
