We painted every wall, finished new flooring, repaired drywall, all new doors, all new kitchen, partially new bathrooms, replaced a torn out support wall with a header, All new trim, updated HVAC, cleaned up yard / landscaping, removed all trash

This particular build has nice exterior finishes but it does not include insulation, drywall, trim or paint on the lower level and has no second floor whatsoever.

I get to put in the microwave and trim kit (didn't fit, needs kitchen guy back), and the range hood (can't finish until the mechanical final), so basically I can't do anything except recycle (and pay bills, my two main roles in this project).Post 56 - glass showerthe glass crew is back with the custom shower install.

I don't put carpeting in my rentals so unless you have a chewer eating cabinets, doors or trim I think its pretty safe and opens up your tenant pool.
