Anyone could suggest any tips, resources, or builders/contractors they had worked with?

Fix and flip is too capital intensive and relies on being able to find a retail buyer so it's arguably more risky than a slow flip.

Are you suggesting this wasn’t a result of pent-up demand but rather due to some other factor?

My objective is to buy about an acre of land, that is already leveled, access is being done, and utilities are going to be 5 feet from the property; and then build 3-4 shell retail spots on my plot, owner occupy one of them with a business and lease out the others.I am meeting with a developer this weekend, but have some wrong numbers regarding the average cost of building a shell space. 

If so, I would like to apply my expertise in Data analysis as part of my side hustle project.Please suggest.
