BP has all the information on real estate served up on a silver platter.

I know silver spring and the Greenbelt area are places but does anyone know of any other areas?

The silver lining on this is that I learned that my initial GC was great at demo, but the second GC I brought in was far better at the “rebuild” portion of the project.
