Hire a bookkeeper?

What a tax/bookkeeping mess, even if you have a separate acct.  

My bookkeeper is telling me I should just get another copy of Online (simple start) and separate my drafting from the rental.

I also have a bookkeeper who runs the Bookkeeping software. 

There is a staff in place that does bookkeeping, renting, maintenance, etc.  

Hi BP,So my friend @Gennadiy Matusevich convinced me earlier today that I need to hire a bookkeeper and I'm going to  bite the bullet.  

Just be clear for your own bookkeeping that it's an expense of equipping your flipping business, not a cost of that particular flip.  

My degree still has tremendous value to me because I can easily do bookkeeping, budgeting and prepare financial statements for the rentals.

Wondering what your thoughts would be regarding a Virtual Project Management service to serve investors regarding: Estimating, Takeoffs, Permitting, Interior/Exterior Design Plans, Project Coordinating, Time Management, Receipt tracking, Light Bookkeeping( Payroll Included ), Communication, Daily photo sharing, Real-time Job progress tracking, Projected profits, Photo book creation, and overall daily tasks that can be done from a phone/mobile device or computer...Pretty much a complete Virtual Project Management Admin office...My Question: Any additional suggestions or topics that would be beneficial to your needs in which a virtual service could accommodate?
