The catch is, I just signed a 12 month lease in the Milwaukee area because I was relocated for my job.

For timber I have no idea...I hear you can get a piece of a TIMCO but the minimum is usually a million bucks.

I manage long distance, have contractors on speed dial, and several college friends I can call to run over to the house if needed for 50 bucks a trip. 

I know nothing about Milwaukee, so maybe some of you know what's going on. 

My partner and I are new to real estate investing and are getting ready to invest in our first property in Milwaukee.

Let me know if you want to see any other county that covered by Trend (berks, bucks, burlington, camden, chester, cumberland, delaware, gloucester, kent, mercer, montgomery, new castle, salem, schuykill)

Then visit 4 other banks and see which ones give you best bang for your buck.

Should be able to do it for a couple bucks or just scrounge a flip after hours and grab stuff.

Was able to reduce electric about 60% through energy efficient upgrades, and then put rooftop solar on the place (going in now, permits for commercial are a pain in the @$$....Will nuke out the power bill, just have a few bucks for connection fees.
