My family and I are currently working on a flip and in the process of closing on another this upcoming week (fingers crossed lol) in the Waynesboro area.

First, he's more likely to have a rocky relationship with the chick he picked up at the bar after buying her two fingers of Maker's Mark (those girls are crazy and should be avoided like beauticians on Prozac). 

Before we know it, we’ve worn ourselves out without even lifting a finger!

I remember how much of a headache it was, and how little patience even the best tenants have when you can’t snap your fingers and fix something.

I’d rather be done with people like that and move on than wait around crossing my fingers that my property isn’t getting trashed

Further, and not pointing any fingers here, I've yet to here a direct experience from a non biased source about a turnkey deal that worked out well. 

Your finger is on the plus of what is happening because they are also your neighbors.
