This is out of my league to make money, so if you want to take a look to help these people, I will just pay it forward.

As a Minor Leaguer, my/our wages are nowhere near enough to put away in savings as I must feed myself at fast food restaurants (the beauty of a minor league baseball player).

Don't hesitate to ask me questions (admittedly - very little experience and not in the same league as other investors on this page).

My situation: I'm currently a minor league baseball player - look up our average income and you'll be severely disappointed - and I am looking to begin purchasing homes between $30-$60k.  

Still think that more people should, at least, put in some effort before going to a place of worship (not that it makes any difference…).You also don’t dress up because you are in a different league – experience, volume/size of transactions and presence in the market place.

I'm applying up there in the Ivy League and in the tier right below it, so I need every bit of experience I can possibly get on a college application! 

You didn't even come close to the big leagues.

Putting $5M down and be in a hole from day 1.Barrington, no disrespect, but it looks like you have a lot to learn before you can play in this league.

Very few pros make it in the big leagues when coming straight from high school!
