Call electrician out get 3 bids they would need to pull permits.. in the long run could be worth it.. you'd get 4 meters one for each apt and extra one for "house" meter,, which is exterior lights, hall lights, and basement.. you won't regret it.. 

I could also use a good electrician for moving a breaker box.

Also looking for contractors specifically for the exterior(rowhome type), electrician, plumber.

Accountants, electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc...are all expensive compared to doing it yourself.

In the agreement includes clauses of timeline completion with penalties for late completion and the fact that they need to communicate when they will not have at least 2 crew members working on site working and it can create conflicts with other trades such as electricians, HWF , carpet install, etc.

In a rental rehab I am doing, I just want a vector check with what I intend to do so I don’t have to have the electrician out more than once.

Two houses in Fredericksburg recently, and the only sub my husband is happy with is the electrician (and maybe the flooring guy). 

Do I think electricians should receive fair compensation for their work?  

Then, even more time making phone calls to their electricians, plumbers, even making further site visits with their subs to put together a bid.
