I think it is because I speak to them in English and my in Korean and they get confused.Our 2-year old is kind of an anamoly when it comes to talking...he takes after my wife and has more intelligent conversations than I do (which isn't too tough).

Hard money is cheaper for many deals than having another mouth to feed; albeit more risky in many cases too.I think you'd need to list out the specifics of a given deal for someone to comment intelligently.
