I have a feeling REIT investments will continue to be a good investment as well with a strong Chi/San Fran/New York base.

How are you going to handle managing the property from New York? 

We had just such an investor come to us last year through BP from New York to buy in Columbus, Ohio, @Rohan J.

I am a New York resident working in the medical field with a vision of one day being able to provide my family with more then I ever could being a real estate investor than an employee.

I am 28 years old and grew up downstate New York.

There are a bunch of bars restaurants and other businesses on Bridge Street.

Problem is I am in South Carolina and property is in New York...

I'm new here I haven't gotten much time to post much here I've gotten a few advice on stuff and it's been hard to reply and thank people for the advise but it's been hard juggling my family and work see that my wife haven't been able to find stuff but I'm trying to make things better for my family so I'm asking for help with 2 things the no money down investment and a good website for accurate pre-foreclosure can anyone help i live in Brooklyn New York 

I believe we will have a robust market for a few more years barring any external events that affect us as a nation.
