Jorge, this post hits hard—raising equity is definitely a beast!

I wondering about cashing in a small percentage of my stock portfolio to fund my next RE deal.  

Definitely not, IMO, Been there and its a waste of time and money and risk unless you have dedicated plan to take advantage of having it.

@Rishika Garimella I am a local home inspector and investor in the area. i think Austin is a sleeping giant right now. the rates are really scaring away buyers. but since competition is so low right now, its a great time to snag some property while its not being ripped apart by investors. i think the hutto manor area is a great choice, once that freeway opens up that connects taylor to round rock, it will definitely become a point of interest.

I would definitely sell to an owner occupied resident since that is what the park is telling you.

I was wondering about the reputation of Steadily in terms of paying out claims.

It is definitely worth the effort in the long term!

And they wonder why there isn't enough housing in these blue states. 

Definitely a manageable place to start and a good stretch.
