It has been my experience, however, that the underwriters tend to low-ball that 75% figure.

So when the purchase price is on the lower end, the percentage tends to be higher because there are fixed costs involved.

The problem with 95+ percent of those is that the math doesn't work.There are a lot of ways to approach BRRRRs.. for me, I tend to work the equation "backwards".
