The fact that you've "put over 5 offers on houses since February" and moved to a different strategy is a huge red flag for me.

Mobile homes are cash cows and we are doing extremely well with them.

WE are all cash other than I have some smaller unsecured LOC's that I rarely use they total less than a million..
