Hi, Does anyone have any experience with Renters Warehouse for property management in St.

I recently rented my 15,000 sq ft warehouse to a multi-state,  A credit tenant. 

This means underwriting for Turnkey Rental, FixNRent, FixNFlip, Portfolio/Consolidation Loans or CashOut Refinance for both investment residential property (i.e single family, 1-4 unit) and commercial property (i.e. strip mall, retail buildings, 5+ units apartments, office buildings, warehouses etc).Financing can range from as little as $45K to $5M (non-SBA) loans.

I want by-the-room heating and cooling in both units, as I want my family to be able to choose their room temperatures individually as well.

If I were you, skip the multifamily and do micro-flex.  500-1000 sq ft warehouse spaces in a larger building.  1 man door, 1 roll-up door, 1 shared bathroom.

Is it temperature zone or cost or ?

The bigger the difference between the inside and outside temperature the easier it is to detect heat leaks.

(I'm also in San Jose) You can do:Stick build - fully customized takes the longestPanelized prefab - where the framing, electric, and plumbing all happen in a warehouse and walls are laid flat and then transported.

It's nice to have a blower head in each room, so each occupant can customize the temperature, but probably not absolutely necessary.
