I'm sure you'd have enough volunteers/test subjects.

Hey All - I've begun to work on an interactive guide for real estate investors that will be a part of the BiggerPockets site and I wanted to see if there were any volunteers to help us create this awesome resource.For the past 7 years many of the most important and most basic real estate investing questions have been asked over and over again, and I figured this guide would help save time and energy for everyone.

If I need to volunteer, I will do it in the Atlanta area.  

Perhaps, he has a favorite charity and would be thrilled if you volunteered for it.

Could be as simple as volunteering to do clerical duties or light labor. 

I would ultimately love to spend my days going to underdeveloped countries and volunteer/donate my time and resources.I am very excited for the future, and wish everyone the best in their endeavors!!!!

I volunteered to do the research to find out what other landlords in other communities have done to fight/object to these increasing fees. 

After I mentioned that the PM companies I talked to would not give me a discount just because most external repairs are handled by HOA, she volunteered to be the boots on the ground if needed, saying that she has worked with the seller since 2007 and knows this property really well.

If I didn't work full time I'd love to volunteer the after school hours so that the kids could have some consistent support, and I would sneak in healthy food.  

Do some volunteer work for a rehabber or investment company and learn as much as you can while doing so.
