Can you offer tips that aren’t going to produce properties that are on every list imaginable?

I could get an apartment but I think house hacking would be more worth while. any tips and insight as to get started quickly or should I rent an apartment for a year so I have more time to plan?

I am waiting to have my PM and Agent do a walk through (he does pretty thorough videos for me as I am an out of state investor).

Nothing new was added to the program, and it went from lifetime access to their training videos to a one-year membership for those people. 

Something in the middle will work fine (unless you have a lot of devices connected (like 12+) in addition to computers.  500k upload speed is generally sufficient.And one more tip to finish. 

The tax benefit however, will tip it favorable.
