As much as investors tend to complain about realtors, I'd strongly suggest that YOU need one since you sound very new to the game.

As @Max Yuan stated, this is a numbers game.

Names Christian, I’ve, been doing real estate investing for bout a year now, worked on my first property which wasn’t the best ideal situation, but it was an amazing learning experienced that I wouldn’t trade, made a lot of mistakes that after all the classes and events i have attended i am learning where i went wrong, and really in need of a coach to help guide me in the right direction, i do have a game plan in place and the goal i want to reach  just need to be helped its a path.

With that being said I have found an opportunity to get back in the game. 

The property owner always loses while the arbiter has no skin in the game at all, just skimming profits off of the owner and can walk away any time they want without reprocussions. 

I’ve been in the real estate investing game for over 20 years, primarily focusing on the Tampa Bay area.

Has anyone heard if James Hodge's REI Game Changer program is worth it?

If communication is poor and/or we're not receiving regular updates with pictures and/or videos, we won't fund anymore projects.

For this one, I'd say a fix/flip is definitely the "easier" way of getting into the game vs. new build but it still has its pros/cons.

I understand this is all a numbers game as far as leads go, so for now I'm just gonna stay the course.
