For only a couple hundred dollars more monthly, I can purchase a beautiful brand new home 10 minutes away from the university.

He doesn't have an SSN.A couple weeks ago, I found a post on the university's housing page of him stating that he is looking for a place to move immediately, I wanted to bring it up to him because we had a discussion about me being a little overbearing. 

I would say your best areas are going to be closest to the bigger colleges and universities.

I started with SF students rentals back then around Sacred Heart University.

The only time I typically hear about SFH rentals in MA is rent by bedroom near colleges and universities.

I am a current student pursuing an M.S. in Real Estate Development at the University at Buffalo.

Trying to figure what my budget might be and get a better warm and fuzzy if this will be worth the investment.
