I have had similar questions in the past I think it's pretty difficult to get unbiased opinions on here of turnkey providers because you'll get poached by people trying to sell you different things.

I make sure to bring in a home inspector so I have an unbiased 3rd party person to tell me what's right and wrong with the work.
