I don't do app development but I was told for most sites and businesses it's a lot of work for low payback.

Not incredible, but fine.An out of state flip or flipping business, handled completely remotely? 

Investment properties prove to be more challenging, but not impossible when titled in your own name.  

But I really see this as just business-  I want the best market I can get into.
