I need to clarify...as long as property non owner occupied and loan being made to a business entity like an LLC, a SFH, condo, townhouse, or 1-4 unit can be refinanced with a commercial lender even though they are typically thought of as residential.Watching Cubs and simultaneously posting on BP is a probably not a good idea.
