We’re in the summer season now so we expect it to get better but we put 30% down to stay conservative. 

Attending your local REI meetups would also be good too.And, of course, work with a seasoned agent.

Alll of those areas are good to invest in.Edinburg has a new football coming into their university which is UTRGV and the season is set to start in Fall of 2025.

We've increased revenue 20-30 percent year over year since 2014, so it will be hard to top 2023.  2024 was off to a great start and now we're in the slow season, which is normal. 

Other seasoned pros are watching...AB SO LUTE LY LOVE THIS! 

A seasoned agent won't bother calling back if you are trying to negotiate down their fee. 

Conventional is an option but conventional have longer seasoning requirements and won't allow LLC vesting.
