I used to think real estate investing was a scam and now I can prove that it works to help people achieve their investment dreams!

If someone answers questions in a thoughtful, respectful and intelligent manner with strong subject matter expertise, you can be somewhat assured that person or company takes their business, their reputation and career seriously and won't be a fly by night scam artist. 

Insurance is a scam, don't fall for it.This is a true story:  The 17 year old HVAC goes out in the middle of the summer. 

I’ve never worked with a wholesaler before and don’t want to get scammed.

But most are legit and aren't out just to scam you.

Is there something I should do due diligence to avoid any fraud/scam?

I will say we get an inordinate amount of scam requests and if we had instant booking on, we would have problems.

Such people make it easier to trust because they’re unlikely to be a complete scam.

I have read some horror stories of this (Google SDIRA scams, there are many).
