In my neighborhood I ride my bike and walk after dark all the time. 

I want to ride that line of not passing up "good" deals in search of the home run out there.

So I did the 2nd interview a little over a week ago and the owner called me a couple days ago to set up a ride along which essentially is a 3rd interview I guess?

I would also say getting out to the Worcester event that Ann and her partners run is worth the ride especially while you are in your learning curve.  

It just so happens I stumbled across this whole sale investment company, and I got involved...I was like a kid in a toy factory out of my mind with joy, it was like riding a bicycle on the phone making deals, going out looking at properties, building relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, ect... after, really my first month I knew I had to start my own company... however I stayed with the company for 7 months, and decided now was the time to do my own thing, I know the game, I also know I have so much more to learn, if I built a thriving wholesale investment company once before I can do it again.

I was thinking a reloading with another bank but I guess I'll ride these guys harder.

Yes thats true ive been seeing neighborhoods prices rising i had two properties near the beltline but because of the area an investor didnt want to buy only if he knew that the area is on the Rise sometimes we have to be risk takers in this buisness be the first ones to invest in a neighborhood that no other investor wants to invest in then when they see that neighborhood riding its going to be to late to start buying.

Offer to help them anyway you can and perhaps you can sit in / ride along on a few of their deal acquisitions.  

So its Sunday and of course I'm riding around Charlotte looking for properties and I actually had a meeting with a wholesaler offering a property in Gastonia (little town outside of Charlotte that really has no relevance to the post so sorry for the digression).

I think my property is valued at $210-$215k at the moment, so I am trying to ride the appreciation out, but am paying PMI at $200/month.
