One thing that some of the locals co plain about is when they started to build some of the massive car plants in the burbs. 

I'm ready to plant down anywhere that cash flows are strong (and there's not extreme racism – I'm dark skinned).Goal is to achieve the 2% rule or maybe even better.Here's how I plan to find such areas:1. 

I would keep the privacy fence and foundation plants.

Maybe the previous inhabitants were in the business of raising indoor plants.

Someone very famous told you to grow where you are planted.

I like to spend time working on my business and plant more seeds for future deals (both front end and back end opportunities).

It does take resiliency- remember that moving is pretty darn stressful.
