What solutions have you seen for housing the homeless and getting them back on solid ground (those that WANT to be able to get jobs, rebuild lives, etc.?

If you are taking on  the risk of rebuilding a house, you might have uncertainty about when you will finish, how much it will cost, etc.  

If I can get just one, I feel that will help me begin to rebuild my life.Thank you in advance.

I can't imagine it every costing $1M to build a 4 plex in MN....I have been looking at this pretty hard for myself, due to prices or lack of supply it seems that it would be cheaper to build a multi-family property in some areas than it would be to purchase one.In looking at a recent appraisal I have - under the cost approach they estimated rebuild cost at $85 per sqft (tired building).

Japanese buy less of our debt cause it has to rebuild.

I am taking my time with evaluating properties because I understand that finding the right deal and the right price will be crucial to my rebuilding process, I really want to succeed this time and I am confident I have learned from the mistakes I made the first time around.
