That's not normal and it's never been in most places across the world.The reality is that being able to invest with a bank putting up 70% of the purchase price at a low interest rate is an excellent deal.

It is painful to even type this reality.

It was an unexpected change, much like any prediction for 2024.There's wants & needs, and then there's reality.

That's part of reality.

If you are pitching these models/investments to someone else, including this does make you seem more sophisticated & safer to go with than someone who doesn't, but the reality is they are rarely used to make actual decisions.

In reality, "cash flow" areas to me are high turn over, higher turnover cost, and higher Capex, which all equates to the more risk for less return.

This is why rich people, despite cries about not paying fair shares, in reality pay disproportionately more per dollar than others, that is, more than their fair share relative to others.

There is a working sink and all appliances are working.
