In your personal opinion, what is the best rewards credit card for business and/or personal travel?

Something to reward the behavior when your friends do send you leads

Different investors have different risk/reward profiles and that's what drives the whole range of the market. 

Tile is extremely rewarding to do.

That said, in this market with the low inventory if you let the market know what you need, it will likely reward you.If you would like a second opinion on value, post back here with specifics and the Bigger Pockets community can weigh in.  

Fair enough on a home, but commercial buildings can have a very different cost/reward tradeoff

Or you can choose to eliminate that flood expense entirely and reap the rewards of the massive NOI boost that no one else knew was possible.We do this work all day. 

Plenty of things to think about..I'm sure you know but it will be very rewarding when you've made a good deal. 

Stay laser focused on the best deal available right now ( or continue to save - patience is usually rewarded in the real estate game and haste can be punished severely).1031 is for investment. 

I'd also be interested to connect with investors who have units (SFR, Condos, Apts, etc) near the strip or otherwise that have gone the AirBnB route, and how feasible a motto this is.Are the prices in Vegas still good enough to provide good ROI and risk vs reward?
