I am leaning toward the hub and spoke model for my business structure/asset protection plan.

I was going down the path of the hub and spoke model when I found a solution that would essentially solve the biggest issue I was facing.

Meaning, Amazon or some tech co. hasn't chosen this city to be a corporate hub and hire a bunch of engineers making much higher salaries than the locals who then drive up housing prices (a la Seattle, Austin, etc).

Is it better to buy a cheaper rental property (still a good location but not as "prime" as being in the center of the urban hub), thus cheaper rent, and therefore, more prospect renters?

Time will tell if my hubs and I made the right decision ourselves!!! 

If you're a bit more tech-savvy, I've heard good things about Wyze cameras as well, which appear to integrate with almost every kind of hub (at present), are super affordable, and integrate door/motion/electrical sensors for basic security.  

Since Seattle has long been a leader in technology and is one of the leading hubs for ESG and impact investors, as technology, real estate investing and impact converge, how to you see Seattle evolving to stay the forefront?

On a good note, if you start the group then you become the de facto networkign hub.
