What roles do easements, drain lines, utilities and soil samples play in determining the value?

I’d also be willing to pivot into another area in the northeast if the numbers looked substantially better.Is there any good materials or anecdotes that you have in regards to renting from a distance (4-6 driving hours)?

I know as I have grown that I am pivoting from doing heavy rehabs to ground up.. easier to manage and more predictable cost wise..

A friend, neighbor, relative, someone from church, surely there's someone in your sphere that can fill this role for you.

A quick search seems to come up with companies willing to fill this role for $100+/year.Should I be paying for this service for each LLC I form now and in the future or should I use myself or my spouse?
