Wondering if you have any particular online companies you recommend that checks evictions, credit reports, collects rents, provides a lease, etc... all in one place. what are some of the pros and cons you have experienced with each company. thanks

Unfortunately as good as TurboTax and other online softwares are, they don't always pick up the most beneficial items with rentals.

That would be my choice if I exited out of Indiana.I'm not a huge fan of paying cash for properties since you're tying up a large amount on one property.

Newspapers are dead and bringing them all online has only lessened the true journalistic impact which is why you see good writers writing about stuff they just reviewed, but do not know.

With builders offering in-house financing as low as 5.5% for investors/second home owners, and warranties on roofs and HVAC systems, I continue to support new construction as a solid choice for LTR buyers.
